Two trades taken today - both chopped.  Have a good weekend. Total: -40 pips.

1.  GBP/USD: short, pennant @ 1.5489 (-20).
2.  EUR/USD: short, rising support @ 1.2704 (-20).

FXLR - Live Room Summary - Thurs 26th August 2010

A busier day in the room, with 5 trades taken.  A few extra scalps taken by the usual suspects, which gave them a better result than us. Total: -13 pips on the day.

1.  EUR/USD: short, rising support @ 1.2703 (-20).
2.  AUD/USD: short, rising support @ 0.8868 (-20).
3.  USD/CAD: long, retracement S2 @ 1.0556 (+19).
4.  GBP/USD: short, retracement R3 @ 1.5577 (-20).
5.  EUR/USD: short, retracement R3 @ 1.2750 (+28).

Dear Members.

FXLR - Live Room Two Week Closure - Summer Break

We will be closed for the next two weeks for a summer break.  The team need some rest & recreation - time to recouperate.

Next week, 2nd - 6th August, we’ll still be sending out the morning call, but the room will be closed.

Theer will be no morning call or live room the following week - 9th-13th August.

The Live Room will reopen again on Mon 16th August.

FXLR - Live Room Summary - Fri 30th July 2010

We’re glad the week & month is over, personally.  The first two weeks of the month were very good, with a decent rise in the bank again.  Some guys have done even better, which we applaud.  Some good mentions and scalps taken.  Long-term we are doing very well, as expected, and even this month was ok in the end.  Check the charts.  But today the 2nd and 3rd trades didn’t do well, so we just chopped them.  Unlucky on one of them, as well.  Total: -28 pips. Next week is a new month.

Trades taken in live room today:

1.  USD/CHF: long, retracement S1 @ 1.0374 (+12).
2.  AUD/USD: short, retracement R2 @ 0.9040 (-20).
3.  GBP/USD: short, retracement R2 @ 1.5659 (-20).

FXLR - Live Room Summary - Thurs 29th July 2010

Two trades taken in the room today - first one we chopped and the second one we took +11 pips on half.  Some guys did well again - with one longer trade and some decent scalps.  We should taken more notice of you guys more!  ;-)  Total: -15 pips on the day.

1.  EUR/USD: short, retracement R1 @ 1.3027 (-20).
2.  AUD/USD, short, retracement R4 @ 0.9035 (+11, b/e).

Not a good start to the week for us, unfortuantely.  The 2nd and 3rd tardes we chopped.  very unlucky on the chops as well.  Some did well holding.  Total: -28 pips on the day.

1.  GBP/USD: short, retracement R2 @ 1.5484 (+12).
2.  EUR/JPY: short, rising support @ 112.36 (-20).
3.  GBP/USD: short, trendline @ 1.5463 (-20).

FXLR - Live Room Summary - Thurs 22nd July 2010

A total of four trades taken today in the live room.  Very unlucky on the first and last - they both looked cert trades.  All agreed oin that as they were nice set ups.  Still, not to worry, there were a few scalps taken as well by guys in the room. Total: -14 pips on the day.

1.  EUR/USD: short, retracement R1 @ 1.2806 (-20).
2.  GBP/USD: short, trendline @ 1.5275 (+17, +23).
3.  EUR/USD: short, trendline @ 1.2860 (+6).
